Welcome to jljlvs. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and the jljlvs platform (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use jljlvs gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual is permitted only one (1) jljlvs account. Creating multiple accounts, registering under false information, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jljlvs is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. As part of the KYC process, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Philippine Identification Card) and, in some cases, proof of address. jljlvs reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for verification purposes.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified. jljlvs will make reasonable efforts to complete verification within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving complete documentation, but reserves the right to take additional time if further investigation is necessary.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlvs account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify jljlvs immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

jljlvs strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You acknowledge that jljlvs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your jljlvs account using the payment methods made available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and direct bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others as designated). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00), unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

Deposits are typically credited to your jljlvs account within seconds for e-wallet transactions (GCash and Maya) and within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, depending on your bank's processing times. jljlvs does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your jljlvs account at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses you have claimed. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise arranged with jljlvs customer support for security or operational reasons.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Pesos (PHP 200.00). There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but jljlvs reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments for security and fraud-prevention purposes. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

We comply with all applicable Philippine laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA), as amended. jljlvs reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account that we deem suspicious or high-risk. Deposits made to your jljlvs account must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal can be processed. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses may be forfeited at any time by contacting jljlvs customer support. Once forfeited, any bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be removed from your account, leaving only your original deposited balance (if any) remaining.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The jljlvs platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jljlvs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use jljlvs at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jljlvs, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jljlvs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jljlvs's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your jljlvs account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

jljlvs shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, government actions, or natural disasters.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your jljlvs account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to jljlvs services.

10.2 Termination or Suspension by jljlvs

jljlvs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination or suspension include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, bonus abuse, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any conduct that jljlvs deems harmful to the platform or its users.

Upon termination for cause, jljlvs reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets or bonuses. If your account is terminated without cause, jljlvs will return your account balance (minus any non-withdrawable bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to liability disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and governing law provisions) shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

jljlvs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. If we make material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email (to the address on file in your account) or by displaying a prominent notice on the jljlvs website.

Your continued use of the jljlvs platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
